Pro subscription refunds

14-day money-back guarantee.If you subscribe to Capsule Wardrobe AI Pro and decide within the first 14 days that it isn't for you, email us at contactand we'll refund the full subscription amount. No questions, no exit survey, no friction.

After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period — but you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

Annual subscription refunds (when offered)

If we offer annual subscription pricing in the future:

  • 14-day full refund applies (same as monthly)
  • Pro-rated refunds not available after the 14-day window — annual is annual.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in to your account at capsulewardrobe.ai.
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscription.
  3. Click "Cancel subscription." Confirm.
  4. Receive confirmation email within minutes.

If the dashboard cancellation flow isn't working for you, email contactwith your account email and we'll cancel manually within one business day.

When refunds aren't available

We don't refund:

  • Past billing periods (you keep what you used; we keep what you paid for use)
  • Charges made after the 14-day window for monthly plans
  • Failed try-on generations (these don't consume your credits anyway)
  • Disputes about AI try-on accuracy — see the disclaimerfor what AI try-on is and isn't

Affiliate purchases

Items purchased via our Amazon affiliate links are subject to Amazon's return policy, not ours. We don't ship, stock, or process returns for affiliate-linked products. Contact the retailer directly for those.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment method. We initiate the refund within one business day of approval.
