One free AI try-on per device, no signup or credit card required. Reading every guide, browsing every capsule, and using the cost-per-wear calculator stays free indefinitely.

Is my photo stored or used to train AI models?

No. Your photo is forwarded to our AI processing provider for a single generation and is discarded after the result returns. We never retain it on our servers and never train any model on user photos. See the privacy policy for the named processor (legal disclosure).

How long does a try-on take?

Typical generation completes in 10–15 seconds. Occasionally the AI service is under load and a generation can take up to 30 seconds.

Can I try on a garment that isn't in your library?

Yes. Use the 'Try your own piece' button to upload a photo of any garment from anywhere — Amazon, your closet, a brand site. We'll generate the try-on against that image.

How accurate is the AI try-on?

Photorealistic for fit, drape, colour, and proportion within typical lighting. Not a substitute for trying the garment on physically — it's a confident preview, not a guarantee. Returns and sizing decisions should still be made carefully.

What plans are available?

Free (1 try-on per device), Pro ($12/month or $96/year, includes 50 try-ons/month and 3 capsules), Studio ($24/month or $192/year, includes 200 try-ons, unlimited capsules, priority queue, and AI stylist chat).

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid billing period. The first charge is fully refundable within 14 days, no questions asked.
