How the city guides work
Every city here gets three pages. The hub carries the facts that don't depend on who you are: the month-by-month temperature table, the packing calendar computed from it, humidity and rain patterns, and the city's wardrobe personality. The men's and women's editions then build the actual capsule — pieces ranked for that city's climate, dress culture and terrain, a week of real outfits, neighbourhood dress codes, and the packing short-list — each written for its own wardrobe, not translated from the other.
Use them two ways. Moving or travelling somewhere on the list: read the hub for the climate reality, then your edition for the shopping list. Just building a wardrobe at home: your own city's guide is a useful mirror — the ranked pieces are what actually survives your weather, which is a better starting filter than any trend list. The rankings draw on the same capsule system as the main capsule guide, so a piece bought for one city keeps working when you land in another — as each city's packing calendar shows, most differences between cities are a matter of degrees, not of different wardrobes.
